Junior Veritas and Maxwell Eaton first met back in 2001 through a mutual friend called One Shot Jim.  Six years later they ran into each other in New Orleans on a mardi gras parade route. The previous day had seen a couple nasty tornadoes that ripped through the city leaving behind debris that they collected to build a bonfire.

That night was fire, whiskey, and guitars. It planted the seed for what would be a musical and spiritual journey through the Pacific northwest. Their sound is born of the moment and mainly acoustic. It is heavily lyrical and is dosed throughout with strong licks from Max’s 1930’s era National resonator guitar. 

They recorded an EP titled Thought Train with sound engineer Rick Vargas at Laughing Tiger Studios in San Rafael, CA.
